The Athletic becomes the latest publication to re-rank all 76 FBS teams who are currently planning on playing football this fall, joining the USA Today and College Football News who have also done the same recently.

USA Today ranked Liberty No. 62 while CFN put the Flames at No. 68 of the 76 teams. The Athletic’s revised rankings pegs Liberty at No. 64.

The Flames are scheduled to begin the season on Sept. 19 at Western Kentucky with the home opener scheduled for Sept. 26 against FIU.
