NET Rankings: #92

Liberty is ranked 92nd in this week’s edition of the NET Rankings, the same placement as the week before. The Flames are 0-2 against Quad 1 opponents, 1-0 versus Quad 2 opponents, 2-2 against Quad 3 opponents, and have a 10-1 record against Quad 4 opponents. The Flames are still the highest-ranked ASUN team by a wide margin, as Bellarmine is the next closest at #162. 

College Insider Mid-Major Top 25: #8

The Flames remained steady at #8 in this week’s Mid-Major Top 25. The Flames have been ranked in the top 15 of the poll every week except one this season. Liberty is the only team ranked in the poll, Bellarmine is receiving votes.

KenPom: #102

Liberty jumped seven spots to #102 in this week’s edition of the KenPom ratings, once again, the highest-rated team from the ASUN. Bellarmine is the second-highest ASUN team at #166.

Bracket Matrix:

Liberty has made an appearance in all 101 bracket projections, which is an increase of 8 from last week. The Flames boast an average seed of 13.95. The highest seed the Flames received is 11 and the lowest is 16. As of now, there are no other ASUN teams besides Liberty being projected to make the NCAA Tournament. 

College Basketball Power Index: #84

Liberty is ranked 84th in the College Basketball Power Index, a three-spot increase from the previous week. This is the second week in a row that the Flames have improved in the BPI. The Flames have the 267th best SOS (strength of schedule) and the 108th best SOR (strength of record).
