Shaa transferred into Liberty from City College of San Francisco and enrolled for the spring semester. The speedy wideout chose the Flames over Eastern Michigan and Old Dominion. He finished his 2 year career in JUCO with 42 receptions, 840 receiving yards, and 7 touchdowns. He should come in and immediately find his way in the rotation at wide receiver.
