Liberty has picked up its 7th commitment in the Class of 2026 as Jaleel Parker has announced his commitment to the Flames, making the announcement on his Instagram account.
Parker is a 5’11”, 185 pound defensive back that likely slides in at safety to begin his career but could also move to corner. He has numerous offers including Akron, Charlotte, East Carolina, James Madison, Old Dominion, Miami Ohio, and others. Parker is from Fayetteville, North Carolina where he attends Jack Britt High School. This past season, as a junior, he recorded 82 tackles, 3 sacks, 5 tackles for loss, and 2 interceptions both of which he returned for a touchdown. He was named first-team all-conference following the e season.
Liberty offered Parker in February, he visited campus in March, and is set to take an official visit to Liberty June 6. Parker is the 7th commit in the Class of 2026 for the Flames, and he is the third defensive back joining Moe Williams and Kennedi Bailey.
