It’s Jacob Hagen day in this edition of Links & Tweets as the senior safety was named to the 2014 Buck Buchanan Award watch list which is awarded to the FCS’ top defensive player. Hagen is 1 of 3 Big South players named to the watch list along with Quinn Backus (Coastal Carolina) and O.J. Mau (Gardner-Webb). Hagen is the first Liberty player named to a Buck Buchanan Award watch list in school history.
Hagen is also hoping to make a case for his NFL dreams after the 2014 season. NFL Draft Diamonds has created a profile of him you can check out here.
