According to Rocco Miller, Liberty will play host to North Carolina A&T this coming season. No date is immediately available.

This will be the first ever meeting in the regular season between the two programs. The Flames and Aggies have met twice previously, both games coming in the postseason, including one in the NCAA Tournament.

Liberty lost to North Carolina A&T, 73-72, on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 as part of the First Four of the Big Dance. The Flames defeated the Aggies, 65-52, in the first round of the 2018 CIT to even the series at 1-1.

The Aggies finished its first season under head coach Monte Ross at 7-25 overall and a 5-13 mark in the CAA.

Additional games Liberty is scheduled to play this coming season include the 2024 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam. The eight-team tournament will be held November 21-26, 2024 in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. The rest of the announced field so far includes UAB, George Washington, Illinois State, Kansas State, McNeese State, and two other teams to be announced soon. The Flames will play in three games as part of the Paradise Jam event. Tournament pairings and the full schedule will be released at a later date.

The Flames are also slated to compete in the Field of 68 Tip-Off for the second of a three-year event. Last year, this event was held at FAU where the Flames played against FAU and Charleston, dropping both games. This coming season, Liberty will play both FAU and Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. It is scheduled to be played at Liberty Arena in 2025.

Liberty is also reportedly playing at Seattle University on November 9 and host UT Arlington on December 16 as part of the WAC/CUSA Alliance.
