Liberty’s 2020 recruiting class was its best ever, according to 247Sports, surpassing the 2019 class which previously held that honor.

The 2020 class checks in at No. 95, the first time the Flames have cracked the top 100. This includes a current string of 5 consecutive classes which ranked higher than the previous year.

The 2016 class, highlighted by Buckshot Calvert and Antonio Gandy-Golden, was ranked No. 180 in the country. Not bad for an FCS program. The 2017 class was No. 171, 2018 checked in at No. 137, and the 2019 class was ranked No. 135.
