Liberty dropped a 2nd straight game to fall below .500 on the season for the first time since the first month of the 2019 season, Hugh Freeze’s first as the head coach of the program. This game was a 23-13 loss at Bowling Green. The Flames are now 1-2 on the season (and 0-1 in CUSA). Following the game, head coach Jamey Chadwell met with the media.
