The 2023 ASUN Championship field is set to begin on Tuesday as eight teams have advanced and will be looking to earn the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. As the No. 2 seed this week, the Lady Flames received a double bye and are scheduled to begin play Thursday morning as Liberty will be looking for a third straight conference championship.

Following a sweep of Queens this past weekend where Liberty won the three games by a combined score of 32-2, the Flames have finished the regular season with a 37-18 record. Liberty finished second in the regular season standings with a 19-5 conference mark in ASUN play.

This week’s ASUN Tournament will be played in DeLand, Florida on Stetson’s campus. Eight teams have advanced to this week’s championship. The championship game is scheduled for Saturday, May 13.
