According to Matt Norlander of CBS Sports, Liberty is expected to compete in a revised Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut.
Empire Classic has: Nova, Michigan, Baylor and NC St
HOF Tip-Off has: Marquette, Minnesota, URI, LIU, Liberty, Quinnipiac, Albany, UCF
Legends has: UConn, Notre Dame, USC, Vanderbilt.Not all of the above schools have 100% committed to these events, but many remain on board.

Last week, the NCAA ruled that the Division I college basketball season will begin on Nov. 25. According to Norlander, the Hall of Fame Tip-Off will be played on November 28-29. Other teams Norlander reports will join Liberty in this two-day event are Marquette, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Long Island, Quinnipiac, Albany, and Central Florida.
