Kicker Aaron Baum announced on twitter Wednesday that he had picked up an offer from Liberty.
The 6’3″, 225 pound kicker is originally from Orlando, Florida where he attended Edgewater High School. He then attended Moval College in Missouri where he was last listed on their roster in 2016. There’s not much else found online about him. It does appear that he would be eligible for the 2020 season.
Liberty is looking to shore up its kicking position after Alex Probert elected to grad transfer from Liberty to Iowa State. Jason Stricker was part of Liberty’s 2019 signing class and redshirted this past season while Liberty student and former Penn State kicker Alex Barbir was added to the roster in the spring.
