Liberty continues with a very successful month of recruiting so far, adding a commitment from 2027 defensive line prospect Jayshawn McCloud.
McCloud is a 6’3″, 250 pound defensive lineman from Green Cove Springs, Florida and Clay High School. His offer list includes Wake Forest, Delaware, Charlotte, FIU, Middle Tennessee, Coastal Carolina, Jacksonville State, Temple, and others. Liberty just offered last month.
McCloud is the 11th commitment in the Class of 2027 for the Flames and the second defensive lineman, joining Troy Butler.
