Coach McKay has announced the signing of Brody Hicks. Hicks is a 6’3″ guard who currently plays for Cave Spring High School in Roanoke, Va. In 2015, Hicks earned first team all-state, first team all-region, first team all-conference and was named the Conference 32 Player of the Year after averaging 15.4 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game during his junior season.

McKay on Hicks: “Brody Hicks’ decision to be a future Flame is a significant one for our program. He brings so many things to the table that influence winning! His addition to this recruiting class adds to the potential for them to be remembered for a long time. I am very excited about Brody’s skillset and toughness, but most of all, his character.”

Hicks joins the 2016 class along with Xzavier Barmore, Brock Gardner, Josiah Talbert, and Hayden Koval.
