The preseason 22nd ranked Flames started off their season in Mexico participating in the Puerto Vallarta Challenge. After a tournament-opening 13-3 victory over BYU, Dot Richardson’s ball club hit a rough patch. The Flames lost their final four games to Notre Dame, Duke, No. 16 Baylor, and No. 5 Washington. Their next opportunity to improve on the slow start will be this upcoming weekend as they will play in the Texas A&M Invitational.

Women’s Tennis

The Lady Flames tennis team is getting into the early stages of their season. With a current 2-3 record, the Flames are looking to improve upon a current two match losing streak. Track and Field

As the season runs its course, a pair of Flames track and field athletes were recognized this past week by the ASUN Conference.
