Salisbury has committed to play at Liberty. He was named the 2012 baseball player of the year by the Carolina Weekly Newspaper Group. His junior season he had 23 runs scored, 21 singles, 10 doubles, four triples, a .407 batting average and a .616 slugging percentage. Salisbury also drew 11 walks, drove in 11 runs, stole 10 bases and struck out just eight times in 86 at-bats.
