The 40 point margin, is Liberty’s largest margin of defeat in conference play in school history. That’s according to my unofficial look at the history books during the 2nd half of the game. The previous largest margin I could find was a loss by 33 points in 2002 against Winthrop.
Nuff said. I’m not wasting my time.
