Liberty returns to action this evening against Union College at 7pm in the Vines Center. What you need to know about the Bulldogs:
- Liberty is 1-0 all-time against Union College. The only previous meeting was December 28, 2010 when Liberty won 84-47.
- Union competes in the NAIA.
- The Bulldogs are 7-6 on the season. Some of the teams they have played that may be familiar to Liberty fans: Cincinnati Christian, Pensacola Christian, The Citadel.
- Junior Guard Tarik Smith leads Union in scoring with 19 points per game.
- Junior Forward Archie Adams leads the Bulldogs in rebounding with 8.75 boards a game.
- Head Coach Kevin Burton is in his first season as head coach with Union.
