With the passing of the House Settlement a year ago, all FBS football teams must stick to the new roster limit of 105. This takes the place of the previous scholarship limit of 85. Not all 105 players are required to be on scholarship, but some teams may elect to go over that previous 85 number and could even go all the way up to 105.
