Parker redshirted at JSU this past season. He plans on enrolling at Liberty in January. He may have to sit out the 2013 season, but he is hoping for a waiver from the NCAA to be able to play. He has 4 years of eligibility remaining, but if he has to sit out the 2013 season he will only have 3 years left.
