Liberty was one of the first to offer Jahmai Mashack, a consensus 4-star prospect. The 6’4″, 190 pound guard ranks as a top 80 national prospect according to both Rivals and 247Sports.

Mashack attends Etiwanda High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California where he has made a name for himself as one of the top defensive players in the region.

247Sports ranks him as the 5th best prospect in California, the 16th best shooting guard nationally, and the 77th best prospect in the class of 2021. Liberty was one of the first schools to offer him, but his offer list continues to grow as he currently touts offers from Colorado, Oklahoma, Utah, Cal Poly, Pepperdine, UC Santa Barbara, and Loyola Marymount.

Liberty currently has verbal commitments from Brody Peebles and Joseph Venzant in the class of 2021 with one scholarship remaining pending any roster movement.
