On Wednesday, Liberty football had its first day off since starting training camp a week ago. The Flames have completed six practices as part of the preseason as the team continues its preparation of the 2026 season which kicks off on Saturday, September 5 at James Madison in Harrisonburg.
It may have been an off day from practice, but we had the opportunity to speak to nearly every position coach for the Flames to get an update on their respective units through the first week of camp. You can watch the entire interview with each coach below:
