The NCAA released its first NET rankings of the 2022-23 season on Monday, December 5th. Liberty came in at No. 127 in the first rankings, fourth best in the ASUN.

Liberty is currently 5-3 on the season and have won three straight over Bradley, Delaware State, and Maryland Eastern-Shore. The Flames return to action on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. against Clarks Summit. Liberty’s non-conference opponents include No. 8 Alabama, No. 31 Southern Miss, No. 76 Northwestern, No. 79 Bradley, No. 192 NC Central, No. 306 Maryland Eastern Shore, and No. 354 Delaware State.

Liberty’s remaining non-conference Division I opponents are currently ranked No. 70 (Oral Roberts), No. 131 (Bryant), and No. 136 (Grambling State).
