With Thursday night’s win over Eastern Kentucky in an electric atmosphere at Liberty Arena, the Liberty Flames advanced to the 2023 ASUN Tournament Championship Game. The Flames will go up against the 1-seed Kennesaw State Owls on Sunday afternoon in a game scheduled to tip-off at 3 p.m. on ESPN2.

This is the fifth conference championship game appearance for Liberty in six years while Kennesaw State is playing in their program’s first ever conference title game at the Division I level.

Liberty will be playing in its 10th conference championship games in school history and has a total record of 6-3 in those games entering Sunday’s trip to Kennesaw. Here is a look at each of those games and the final results:
