The Liberty Lady Flames won two more games this week to run their win streak to four, moving its record to 10-13 overall and 5-3 in Conference USA play, after defeating New Mexico State and UTEP at Liberty Arena. Here’s a recap from the last week as well as a look at this week’s schedule:

W, 69-53 vs New Mexico State, Feb. 1

The duo of Jordan Hodges and Bella Smuda led Liberty to a victory over the Aggies on Thursday. Hodges scored a career high 20 points while Smuda added a game high 22 points and 13 rebounds. The Lady Flames never trailed thanks in large part to a +16 rebound margin holding the Aggies to 35.8% field goal shooting.

W, 87-68 vs UTEP, Feb. 3

Liberty’s season high 11 three pointers and career high 27 points from Bella Smuda helped fuel a victory over UTEP on Saturday. The Lady Flames never trailed during their three game home stand and have now won four straight. The Lady Flames posted a season high 87 points in the win. Asia Boone had a career high 19 points while Jordan Hodges posted a Liberty Arena single game record with 10 assists.
