Kickoff for Liberty’s Nov. 5 football at Arkansas has been set for 4 p.m. EST with the contest televised on the SEC Network.

This game will mark the first ever meeting between the two programs. Liberty has only faced two SEC opponents previously, including a 27-14 setback at Ole Miss last season.

The Flames are currently 7-1 on the season and are coming off a win against BYU this past Saturday. That win vaulted the Flames in the others receiving votes category to just outside the top 25 polls with the second most votes of those not ranked.

Arkansas is currently 4-3 on the season and 1-3 in SEC play. The Razorbacks have losses to No. 23 Texas A&M, No. 2 Alabama, and No. 23 Mississippi State. They are coming off a 52-35 win at BYU on Oct. 15 and had their open date this past weekend. On Saturday, the Razorbacks will play at Auburn at Noon on SEC Network.

Liberty has their open date this week before heading to Fayetteville, Arkansas hoping to pull off the win over an SEC opponent for the first time in school history.
