Rashad Jennings states he is now a member of the Oakland Raiders.

Jennings was drafted in the 2009 NFL Draft by Jacksonville in the 7th round (250th overall). Rashad played his first 4 NFL seasons in Jacksonville where he has been mired by injuries. He missed all of the 2011 season due to injury, and he was placed on Injured Reserve in December 2012 following a concussion and shoulder injury. While a Jaguar, Jennings appeared in 38 games rushing for 944 yards and 7 touchdowns on 224 carries. He also had 61 receptions for 454 yards.

Rashad was a standout at Liberty from 2006-2008. He amassed a Big South record 3,633 yards and 42 touchdowns. He was named Big South Offensive Player of the Year following both his Junior and Senior seasons at Liberty.

Stony Brook running back Miguel Maysonet broke Jennings’ Big South career rushing yards record this past season.
