Here’s how former Liberty players fared this past week in the NFL during the playoffs.

WR DEMARIO DOUGLAS

This week: New England 28, Houston 16

In the first quarter, New England quarterback Drake Maye found Demario Douglas on 4th down across the middle. Douglas secured the catch to pick up the first down, but he wasn’t done there as he raced 28 yards into the end zone, putting the first points on the board in Sunday afternoon’s game. Douglas finished the game with 2 catches for 36 yards and the touchdown as he and the Patriots are just one win away from playing in the Super Bowl.

The Patriots will play at Denver this coming weekend in the AFC Championship Game with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.
