Your 5-1 Liberty Flames head north to take on the 2-3 Navy Midshipmen on Wednesday evening at 7pm from Alumni Hall in Annapolis, Maryland. True freshman Darius McGhee was named the ASUN newcomer of the week following a week where he averaged 13.3 points per game.

Navy is coming off a 75-51 loss at Morgan State last Tuesday. The Midshipmen opened the season with 20+ point losses to Old Dominion and Maryland, followed by wins over Coppin State and Bryant. They are led by 8th year head coach Ed DeChellis who guided the Midshipmen to a 20 win season a year ago. Two players are averaging double figures, led by 6’7″ senior forward George Kiernan’s 11 points per game. 6’1″ sophomore guard Cam Davis is averaging 10.6 points per game.
