Liberty got a nice present on National Signing Day, flipping South Florida commit Ellis Alloway as he announced his pledge to the Flames Wednesday morning.
Alloway is a 3-star prospect from Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Choctawhatchee High School. The 2026 prospect had numerous offers including South Florida, Memphis, Arkansas, Boston College, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State, Penn State, Jacksonville State, Old Dominion, Toledo, Troy, Tulane, Virginia, West Virginia, and Western Kentucky. In addition to South Florida, Alloway also took an official visit this past summer to Memphis.
He is rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports where he checks in as the No. 136 prospect in Florida and the No. 113 linebacker. He also rated as a three-star prospect by Rivals.
