High has received offers from Liberty, Tennessee Martin, and Tennessee Tech. He also has received interest from Clemson, North Carolina, Tennessee, Duke, Kentucky, Mississippi, NC State, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, Auburn, and Alabama. He has made unofficial visits to both Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

His website says he is considering Notre Dame, Duke, Furman, Liberty, Carson Newman, Princeton, Dartmouth, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, Michigan and Syracuse.

He has attended camps at Tennessee, Wake Forest, and Middle Tennessee State to name a few.

On November 8, 2012, Charlie was named a finalist for Mr. Football in the state of Tennessee’s class AA.

As a Junior, Charlie racked up 5,191 passing yards, 65 touchdowns, and completed 74% of his nearly 500 pass attempts. He was named Mr. Football in 2011 and was the offensive MVP of the State Championship Game.

This season, High has completed 76% of his 419 passes for 4,314 yards, 48 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions. He also has 291 yards rushing on 46 carries for 4 touchdowns.

Charlie led his team to the 2012 State Championship. They won the state championship in back to back seasons now with Charlie being the offensive MVP of the State Championship Game in both seasons.
