Liberty (1-2) returns home to play host to UMass Lowell (1-3) as part of the Indiana Classic. Tip off is scheduled for 6pm.

Three players reached double figures in the game for Lowell, led by Jahad Thomas’ 16 points.

2. UMass Lowell defeated Wagner, 87-76, on November 14th in their lone win so far this season.

In addition to their loss to Indiana, the River Hawks have also lost to Massachusetts and IPFW.

3. Pat Duquette is in his 4th season as head coach.

He is 34-56 in his time as head coach of the River Hawks.

4. UMass Lowell is in just their 4th season as an NCAA DIvision I member.

They have yet to have a winning season as a DI member.

5. The River Hawks compete in the America East Conference.

They were picked to finish 5th in the 9 team league in the preseason media poll. Vermont was the preseason favorite to win the league.
