Coming off an open date, Liberty returns to action this weekend by playing host to Delaware. Currently 3-4 on the season and 2-1 in CUSA play, the Flames must win 3 out of its final 5 games to reach bowl eligibility for a seventh straight year.

The Flames finished the 2024 campaign with an 8-4 record that included a loss to Buffalo in the Bahamas Bowl. It marked a sixth straight appearance in a bowl game. Liberty has now won eight or more games for the 15th season in program history, including six straight years.
