Liberty lost to ODU this past Saturday to open the season at 1-4. Is bowl eligibility be in question? It certainly looks that way as the Flames will have to win five of its final seven games to reach bowl eligibility for a seventh straight year.

The Flames finished the 2024 campaign with an 8-4 record that included a loss to Buffalo in the Bahamas Bowl. It marked a sixth straight appearance in a bowl game. Liberty has now won eight or more games for the 15th season in program history, including six straight years.
