Ritchie McKay has finalized his coaching staff, sources have confirmed. As we have mentioned previously, Omar Mance and Matt Olinger will remain on staff under McKay. Joining Mance and Olinger on the staff are Brad Soucie and Kyle Getter.
Mance joined Liberty’s coaching staff prior to the 2013-14 season under former head coach Dale Layer.
Olinger has been with the men’s basketball program for the past 9 seasons.
Soucie has spent the past 6 seasons on staff at Virginia and has been an assistant with McKay at Portland State, Colorado State, Oregon State, New Mexico, and Liberty.
Getter has spent the past 4 seasons as an assistant at Radford. He spent one season as an assistant at Liberty under McKay in 2008-09 and 2 seasons on Shaka Smart’s staff at VCU.
