FLAMEfromBAMA somehow holds on for an eighth straight week despite a number of competitors nipping at his heels. It’s also about time to give GlobalAdvance a shoutout as he’s held the #2 spot since week 2. This week I’ll be surprised if there isn’t some movement this week.

Leave picks in the comments. Good Luck!

Bold Predictions (pick 3)

1. Presby has more rushing yards than Liberty on Saturday.

The Blue hose averages 135 to 130, and have been pretty effective on the ground.

turner2. Chris Turner forces a turnover.

If this guy continues to be a ball hawk, we can start calling him Chris Turnover, or call the turnovers he forces Turnerovers. That’s genius, no?

3. Kennesaw State beasts CSU.

This game is huge to us. In my opinion, our chances of making the playoffs, if we are able to win out, will hinge largely on this matchup.

4. All 3 Big South Big 3 teams win.

That would mean Liberty over Presby, CSU over Kennesaw State, and Coastal over G-Webb.

Liberty would have to be in crisis mode to risk putting Petey at punt returner.

5. Presbyterian’s leader receiver records more receiving yards than Darrin Peterson.

The Blue Hose’s leading receiving is currently averaging 18.2 yards per game. Someone will have to really step it up to get on Peterson’s level.

rashad6. Rashad Jennings records more rushing yards than Des Rice.

He has a favorable matchup against Tampa Bay, though Jennings is averaging less than 50 yards per game.

7. Pick one of the Big South Players of the Week (write in).

This can be from any team in the Big South and can win offensive, defensive, special teams, or freshman of the week.
