*Update 11/26/12* – Scales says Liberty has withdrawn his offer due to Liberty “filling their commitments.”
*Update 11/29/12* – Scales says Liberty “still has high interest in me just can’t fully offer me right now” due to other running back commitments. If all commitments stay true, then Scales may be out of luck with Liberty. But stranger things have happened, and who knows, Liberty could have a few extra scholarships open up if they end up in the FBS.
